My name is Denise and I am a fully qualified and insured Reiki practitioner, trained in the USUI method of Reiki healing. I am able to offer in-person treatment or distance healing worldwide, with each clients healing journey being a very unique &  personal one .



Reiki is a gentle hands-on or distance energy healing technique.  It does not act purely on a physical level, but works holistically, eliciting a healing response: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. By healing on all these levels, harmony and overall wellness to the person is restored.



This system of healing has been in use for many thousands of years. It was believed the technique possibly originated with the ancient people of MU, was then passed to the monks of Tibet, and then rediscovered and developed in the early 1900's by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan.



Reiki can help improve sleep, reduce stress, anxiety & depression , help with pain, promote deep relaxation and support the body's process of healing in acute and chronic illness.



I am truly amazed at the results I see and I feel truly blessed to have been led to this path, being able to use my gifts to make a difference to peoples lives.
